At LSG, we know from past experience what a minefield offshoring can be. Not to mention the scheduling problems, cultural and language issues.

Our hybrid model gives you the best of both worlds. You deal with a company based here - with Project Managers that live here, are native English speaking and understand the culture - but with offshore cost savings.

Our work generally charges out at $50-$70 per hour on projects, and goes as low as $35 an hour for design work.

System Architecture and other high level design work bill out much higher, but the hours are limited.

That is the beauty of the model - the expertise takes less time than the work.. so you consult with highly experienced locals, and yet the work is performed cost effectively without you having to deal with any offshore headaches.
